Hatha Yoga For Beginners
I will be teaching Hatha Yoga for beginners, Hatha is an ancient practice of physical movement connected with the breathing. In this 105 min class, you will learn yoga postures, breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. It will increase your flexibility, strengthen and balance your mind and body. It will also help you to improve digestion, sleep, help with your general sense of wellbeing, reduce stress, release depression and anxiety, reduce back, joint pain and much more. This class is designed for beginners but everybody is welcome, all ages, shapes and sizes and ability levels. I will make sure to teach you how to build a strong foundation for self-practice. My name is Francisco Perez (Om Shanti Franchos), I learn about yoga when I was 10 years old. My mother was practising and was encouraging me to try. But my actual yoga journey started to be regular around my early thirties. I completed the RYS 500 hours training in India in 2019. I teach and practice Ashtanga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Hatha flow and Yin Yoga. My classes are relaxed, dynamic and joyful. Based on experience I firmly believe in the transformation of the body-mind, through constant and humble practice.
