There are several benefits of Breathwork. Practising Conscious Breathing helps to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain. It resolves traumas and stored emotions of the past. It brings peace and clarity into your life.

Whatever your reason, you are invited to a 90-minute Introduction to Breathwork, where you will get a chance to see if this is something you would like to explore further.

Hi, my name is Ester. I am from the Czech Republic. I have been living in Bournemouth since 2015. Two years ago I become an Access Bars Practitioner. But most importantly I started to practise Breathwork a while ago. This was life-changing. After a few sessions, I knew who I was, who I am now, who I want to be, what I want to do in my life and what I don’t want anymore. Breathing is the connection between our body and mind: the conscious and unconscious mind. It is the connection to our higher self, to nature, to the Earth, the Universe.


Currently, I am in training to become a Breathwork facilitator. I feel I am called to share Breathwork with everyone. It is the most powerful and profound healing technique I have ever experienced. It is so simple. You can change your life with something so essential as your breath.
